It amazes me how many people install these tunes knowing it's a crap shoot if your Jeep will ever run right again.
So i bought a new flashpaq for my 2013 ram 5.7. If the dealer did something to your PCM, I wonder if they treated it like "re-flashing" it. It's available this month, and will require a "free" ECM flash. That is one thing Superchips doesn't tell you upfront... you need to disable your virus protection so the updates will take.

Got my tuner yesterday and first thing I did was create my online account, download the Flashpaq utility, and hook up the tuner via USB to my PC to update it "before" trying it out on my car. Tuning is available through Superchips and Diablo. So they finally gave me the option of having the Jeep towed to dealer or pull PCM myself and ship it to them along with the programmer. I keep reading these threads about Superchips messing up JKs.
Program your shift points and all that fun stuff save it then go to the "program vehicle" mode and select the program you just built. Superchips killed my Jeep with less than 2,000 miles on it.

I've heard with using that tuner to make sure battery has full charge and turn off all other electronics. then i started the engine. IDK ? I received it today before lunch and I installed it and the Jeep fired up.
In order to unlock the Flashpaq and use it on a different vehicle, you need to run a system update on the software. It works great in my 2014 Auto. No issues with my Flashpaq through several tunes.

Superchips flashpaq problems? I receive the Flashpaq and get to tuning and find out that my Jeep's config is too new and they don't have a tune for it yet. Flashpaq does other things procal doesnt that help out. Flashpaq for 2015 will require a modified PCM. Have the same problem with my 2013. FlashPaq isn't available for 2015 yet.
Procal isn't a tuner though... (At least mine isn't).

can you feel the power improvement? When my brake light is on due to low fluid levels, is my brake really on or is it just a sensor? 31 Posts . Same crap, different error. It took a few months but the customer service from Superchips was great and they worked with me until they solved the issue.
I agree with Greg 2012 JKU. So, no biggie, I wait. Did they send the PCM back with their tune programmed or did it come back with the stock tune programmed?
What is the difference between oil and lubricant? Did you update your flashpaq before installing it?
Dead. I guess I had to learn the hard way. They did not care about one persons problem with there product.

What type of lubrication system is used in two wheeler? I don't want anything to do with the dealer, so I pulled the PCM and it is going overnight to them.

Get your answers by asking now. Have you tried setting it back to the original settings? There is nothing in the instruction manual about this or from what I've found using google on the internet.... it's not even letting us get to the point where we can change it to one of the other programs it's when it reads what is currently on the vehicle from what I understand unless I'm mistaken. Everytime i have ever posted, its always bull that comes out of me. They are finicky.
We recently bought a used truck and it is set with the superchips tuner to performance mode.
As much as I would love extra power as I came from the Mustang world, I am terrified of messing mine up. I just used a 3570 to change tire size, took longer to download the update software than to reprogram the ECM...I too have read that Superchips customer service sucks but I had no choice, needed to change the tire size and the dealer could not reprogram for my size...so far it's ok... 2013 WRANGLER SPORT 2 DR., V-6 ,AUTO,HARD TOP. The customer support was amazing as the call even went over their closing time by 15 minutes and he didn't rush me off the phone. Fuel saver program is actually very un fuel efficient and defeats the purpose of tuner. :wave: Status Für weitere Antworten geschlossen. u have to program the other efficency codes for that vehicle for it to run properly with that chip.
I purchased the Superchips Flashpaq 3872 in may last year, and started installing the 91 tune then I've adjusted the tire size and other features on the flashpaq. Still says calibration is not on file.
